University Course HELP

Hi all, need help in deciding my university degree course :( These are my A-Level grades: H1 GP- A H1 Bio- A H1 PW- A H2 Chemistry- B H2 Mathematics- A H2 Economics -D As you can tell, not very stellar to enter medicine which was what i really wanted in the first place. My other areas of interest are causing me headaches because I am sort of into Political systems and history so I considered Political Science, but I am also quite into Biology and research for cures and stuffs. So I was offered NUS FASS and NTU Biological Sciences. and I have NO idea what to pick. Currently waiting for SMU to contact me as I applied for their Social Sciences course as well. Any uni laojiaos here to guide me pls...

If you really can't decide between Arts versus Science, consider a double degree, or double major, or 1 major and 1 minor. -

@ultimaonline So far what I've heard is there are no options for double degree in bio and pol sci, the NTU offer i got was double major in Bio Sci and Biomedical materials. @FireIce really? What makes you say so? I think the main point I am worried about now is the career prospects of pol sci/bio? I heard from a lot of people online that Biology degree is useless and is a road to nothing. I won't mind doing a postgraduate degree also(Masters, PhD)

econs D may be a bit risky for NUS FASSsocial sciences modules need a lot of reading and understanding and essay writing

So my friend actually told me that NTU SBS is not very well known compared to FASS. But I am not sure if a Pol Sci degree job is manageable for me... I do not want to sit in an office all day working for govt... And I feel that the most viable job in getting a Soc Sci degree is teaching, but not sure how the future of teaching would be like

yes, u can choose to go govt agencies for that 9 to 5 job or be educator
there are other more exciting options like media (news, TV), financial institutions, PR and marketing...............

I see, my ideal job would be one that really lets me xplore the world especially nature bc i really enjoy nature but realistically speaking I am not sure if as an sgean i can fulfill that wish hehehe
