Rob : This doesn't make much sense, The Houthi has very limited resources and missiles even those with poor targeting are extremely valuable. Firing on a ship with advanced counter measures and vehicle termination systems is a enormous waste. Doing it three times is absurd, they simply would never risk it. Either we as a nation are being played by Saudi or we as citizens are being played by our White House to increase our presence and supports. Guess which one I believe.
Charles : The comment by James that the world is being run by idiots couldn't be more correct. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll die of old age, disease, or just being incinerated by those idiots. As an American I think the US needs to get out of the middle east, lock, stock and barrel. It has already cost the US trillions of dollars and the lives of several thousand young Americans, and things just get worse instead of better. There are so many different factions aligned with so many other different factions, you don't know who to kill or who to help. It's time to get out, and stay out.
Carmen : And exactly why is "The United States, a longtime ally of Saudi Arabia, has provided aerial refueling of warplanes from a Saudi-led coalition striking Yemen and it supplies U.S. weapons to the kingdom." What? Is Saudi Arabia a small backward nation with no weapons of it's own? And what the heck is Saudi Arabia doing in the middle of a "civil war" in the "Arab world's poorest country"? Why the heck is the US involved in every war and non-war around the world?

So the poor, overworked and underpaid miners who found and worked overtime to excavate the Sg $236 million jade boulder get nothing for it ; while the elite rich, underworked and overpaid miner owner and government officials get big fat bonuses for it. Welcome to physical incarnation. C'est la vie.

In China, for example, there have been tabloid reports of under-the-table payment for egg donation being made to vulnerable schoolgirls and university students by desperate patients, either through illegal brokers or via Internet websites. Reportedly, the amount of payment depended on the academic qualifications and physical beauty of the prospective egg donor.

Not only is it easily the best movie of the year, but it surprisingly actually has a rather intelligent plot and storyline (which you'll have to piece together bit by bit for yourself as the movie progresses, multiple flashbacks and all), which is a rarity for Hollywood movies these days.
It is also a rare movie in that it successfully spans across multiple genres and themes, from autism & intelligence, to stock broking corporate fraud, to the accounting & finance world, to violent mafia gangsters, to clandestine government agencies, to martial arts & military special forces, to emotionally straining family relationships, to whacky & witty humour, to a romance love relationship.
And emotionally touching characters (even for minor-role, back-end characters such as Marybeth Medina and Raymond "Ray" King) you can empathize and sympathize with.
A pleasantly surprising, multi-faceted and thoroughly excellent movie.
