  For H3 Chem there won't be any significant bell-curve moderation, as being much tougher to get the Distinction grade (in spite of the fact that only the best students of every cohort take H3 subjects), there won't be significant Distinction grade-inflation and thus little need for moderation. So you can regard H3 Chem grade boundaries as unmodified, no worries.
