How did you guys taking o levels this year did for prelims?Just curuous to know how well everyone has done so just starting with mine
L1r5:23
L1r4:19
=.= Too many Bs........far away from my O level target
o lvls will be half of prelims
usually.
Hopefully.....cos my school got someone jump from l1r5 36 in prelims to 6 in Os
I did e math/a math/geog/bio/chem tys
Can easily get a1 for the papers
But ofc...my math teacher doubts it anyways as usual
good to be confident

Don't worry, all schools are especially strict when setting and marking Prelim papers. It is only but natural that you score lesser, because they LOVE to discourage students to urge them to score better. The Actual L1R5 is usually half of the overall L1R5 prelim.
not so much as to discourage
but when the students see the actual O paper, WAH SEH! CHICKEN FEED!

do u need to post twice?
Really spent some time gauging my O level L1R5
My lowest i counted was l1r5 7 raw while the worst i counted was 12 raw.
I hope at least i can get l1r5 10 raw though.9-11 more days to judgement day =.=
Without seeing your exam papers, it's not possible to really judge.
Key now is how you felt for the papers you did vs how you felt for the prelims.
Must be objective.
I have had plenty of students who scored Cs in prelims but As in O Level.
Conversely, I have also seen students who score As in prelims but Cs in the national exams, both O and A Levels.
Nothing is absolute till the results are received.

Hope my sci grade will be pushed up from a B4 in prelim to a B3 at least and get a B4 for maths. As for prelims I didn’t not revise extremely hard but did some practice…
ur sci mcq is combined science or pure chem/bio/phy?If is combined science, such a score is a boost to the high probability of obtaining an A1.
If is pure sci, then is decent(only got 32/40 for pure chem mcq cos screw up =.=)as it is higher than national average mcq score, which is around 30-31.

My school is like those who get A for prelim is cfm A in o level, while those who get B for all subjects usually o levels also hit jackpot and get a lot of As also
Hope to see my A maths jump from an F9 to an A2 though =/
prelim l1r5 11 , l1r4 8. hope it will really be halved LOL
GOod luck everyone and to me of course. Hope I will get A1 for both emath and Amath. May the bell curve be in my favour haha!!!
