Release of Mother Tongue O Level Results?

Depends for prelim oral i stuttered too much all the way but still got a high mark unexpectedly(slept 5mins during the prep time) For o levels slept 2-3mins during prep time(like just put head on table not looking at anything)but stuttered a bit during convo it depends,but for being in the f001 group for oral,it can be very strict in a silent and deadly way.

haha... i guess the day has finally come, hasnt it? my chinese HOD just told my friend that my cohort did worse than the previous cohort. nevertheless , im going to try and remain optimistic. goodluck to all receiving results tomorrow

yes, it has been released last thursday. very happy about my 2/3 grades jump from prelim 1

just tt schs always set more difficult than the actual Os
so Os is relli chicken feed

National dist rate fell from 25% last year to 23.4% this year though.
So i really think level of difficulty differs for each individual,unless careless for the exam like in p1

The bell curve doesnt really help much in o levels,it is more of a double edged sword For english,the bell curve helps to ensure more students pass/get a reasonable grade,whilst distinction is kept at a reasonable grade for not many to get. For humans,like geog,the bell curve doesnt help much as more or less an a1,a2 is 75 and 70 respectively still.(A1 differs every year due to cohort performance) For pure sciences and math,the bell curve makes it harder to get an A(for e maths is like 88 for a1,83 for a2) (Chem is around 83-85 for a1,78-80 for a2) Differs every year. Bell curve is basically created just to enable more people to pass,while nontheless guaranteeing an unfortunate candidate(minimum 1)to fail in a subject. i tried messaging SEAB about bell curve and they said: we dont do the bell curve.We grade the performance of candidates based on the quality of their answers. So a bell curve wont help much,at most help one get a b3 more easily in a subject one is weak in.
