Need help sitting for A'Levels as Private Candidate

Hey Sgforums community,
I am very confident in taking the A'levels as a Private Candidate, doing my own studying or perhaps getting help from tuitions however there is one barrier that I might have to encounter which is my Science practical papers.
According to SEAB Exam Instructions for Private Candidates:
2.3.6. Science with Practical paper entry requirement:
you are registering for a Science subject with a practical paper, you must
(a) have sat the same Science subject previously, OR
(b) be currently attending or will be attending a course of instruction in Science practical at any institute/school.
Your entry for a science subject will only be accepted if you meet the above requirement.Candidates registering for a Science subject with a practical paper are required to declare online at the time of registration that they fulfill the above requirement. If a false declaration is made, their registration for the science subject with practical paper is liable to be cancelled without refund of the examination fees.
As it is my first time sitting for the A'levels paper, it might seem that I might be denied entry for the Science Practical papers. Therefore my question is, HOW DO I GO AROUND THIS?
Also, is the Science Practical paper a necessity to enrol in local universities and overseas universities (especially Cambridge)? -

Just declare 'Yes', and hope that SEAB doesn't check. Without the Practical Paper, the subject isn't completed and you'll be awarded an 'Absent' grade, so of course all Universities (especially Cambridge) will require this.
SEAB usually doesn't check, but if they do and you get rejected, EITHER
Actually and truthfully enroll yourself in a Singapore private school which offers A level Practical sessions, OR
Go to the Singapore British Council and apply for UK A levels and seek their advice regarding Practical. -
