Is it hard for a poly drop out to re enter poly?

Hi guys, I have already applied for NYP, RP and TP's DAE and TP alr rejected me ( I alr have appealed)
I dropped out of poly because i had no passion in that course and i decided to retake my maths (which was D7) and got a C6 after retake.
I've heard of tales that poly dropouts reapplying to re-enter poly were rejected even though their L1R4 scores are decent.
MY cop is 16 after deducting 1 CCA point
English - B3
Chinese - A2
Maths - D7 , C6 aft retake
Food and Nutrition - B3
Combined Humans - B3
Combined Science - D7
I applied for all business courses as i only have passion in Business courses but the courses i applied for are either 16 points or 15 points. I even wrote to the course manager in NYP and she forwarded the email to the admissions office and the admissions office told me that I am still under consideration with the other poly dropouts seeking readmission and would only be notified on the outcome in early april

The polys will give priority to the new Sec 4 grads, only when they have vacancies, they may give it to you.
Anyway, keep trying all the polys. If not successful, try appealing to all the polys.
Else, you may have to consider doing a private diploma.
Business related courses are very competitive.

Does it help if i seek my MP or the Minister of Education for assistance?
Because i have a clean record, i didnt get expelled, not even once I was late for lectures/tutorials and i chose to withdraw on my own accord to retake my maths.

You can try going to your MP and be really nice and polite.
Maybe you can try all the polys in Sg, if that is feasible.
Dress nicely when you go to the polys to see the officers.

And you could go to fiverr.com and pay someone eg. $7 - $20 to refine your appeals letter.

Should i seek a mp from the PAP for help? Cause my mp is from an opposition party. Do i need to tell him what courses and schools i applied for ?
I only applied for TP,RP and NYP courses.. The courses i applied for are close or at my cop..

About the MP issue, you need to be comfortable about talking to the MP. You may want to discuss with your parents about it.
I understand the part about the courses you applied. I wonder if RP is a little more lenient?

I also PHD once...
Chemical, mechanical twice, all in SP.... then apply after NS and got into IT at RP through DAE and graduated, so it does not mean you drop out cannot re-join.
SP later ask me to rejoin mechanical 2nd year but I already took RP's offer although I need to start from stretch. Besides, no interest in mechanical at all...

better to waste 1 year when young. later old already then regret.
