degree with MDIS or Kaplan?

  Can't decide between whatever i should pursue my degree with MDIS or Kaplan!

  I would like to know which of these schools is more recognized by the working society etc.

  I've read so many negative comments about both schools!

  currently looking at degrees towards the Business sectors!

  HELP MEEEEEEE ~~~~

  not too sure about business but i recalled choosing MDIS cos it's been around since 1950's.. quite a safe bet. esp since ur main concern is about whether recognized in working industry or not.

  i choose mass comm over business cs i was keen in pursuing a publishing sector related career. I do recall my program consultant mentioning abt mdis having one of the biggest business school among the private schs in Singapore. Kaplan also has their variety of business courses as well. So does psb. My advice is, make an informed decision irregardless cos it's a lifetime investment.

  Bachelor of Business in Event and Convention Management by MDIS (Awarded by Southern Cross University) or Bachelor of Arts in Festival and Event Management by PSB (Awarded by Edinburgh Napier University)

  Better as in which school is better for study event management and more recognized by the industry.

  Or other suggest school to study full time event management?

  I used to work in mediacorp.. a colleague of mine took the SouthernCross Uni events programme. He was handling those big events and concerts.. some within company some external collaborations. Should be okay.. heard now also there's local scholarships/intl scholarships for students. Wow.. wish they had these incentives when I was schooling.

  I think you should research and do a comparison for your course affiliated uni's and then decide from there. But my friend says Kaplan has more recognized degrees.

  For a business degree I would consider Kingston University London. It is a 9 months programme from Aventis School of Management. The degree from PSB Kaplan and MDIS have too many examinations which I don't find helpful. However, the degree offered by this university is mainly coursework and it is only 9 months! I have signed up for their intake in Jan next year! Excited to start the course!!!
