I don't agree with you ArJoe. I have NEVER scored A1 for my A Maths at all since sec 3. Even if I try the questions in the textbook, I will find it difficult to understand.
while i agree that it should not be made compulsory, i also feel that people should understand that this subject is not rubbish because truly, it helps a lot in learning higher maths in the future, especially in jc.
I missed A1 in my A maths because i itchy hand do integration, instead of diffrentiation for the last question in my O levels. Damn, I was pissed.
Schooling should not be made compulsory.
Making IC should not be compulsory.

people spend a lot more time and effort trying to convince others they cannot do math... instead of sitting down, clearing out the mind, concentrating on the logic of the method...
it is basically discipline
there is no such thing as "i cannot do math" especially at such a basic level as A-math
