What subjects to choose in JC

Hi I'm a Sec 4 student in an IP school. Recently I'm thinking about what subjects to choose when I go senior high.
Most likely I'll be taking 3H2 sciences and 1H2 humanities. My subject combi in junior high is triple science plus geog. Both my Bio and Physics grades are ok but comparatively Physics is better. But for me Bio seems more interesting...so i really dont know whether to choose bio or physics when i'm in senior high eh...I wonder which one is harder?
As for the humanities, I want to take econs but we've never had this subject before so i dont really know if im interested in and good at it or not...My English always sucks leh :( so does econs require a good command of english...? like you need to write a lot of stuff and they must be sensible enough? idk
I don't really know what career I will most likely want to be going into, so I can't base my decision for subject combi, but I am considering going into medical field in the furture. The question is that chances are i am unikely to be enrolled in when I apply for them, given that these majors are usually ultra hard to get in. So should I risk to choose BCME, or a safer PCME will be better?
Please give me some suggestions :D TYVM :))

econs is not scored based on ur command of english language but being in good in english is always helpful in the humanities subjects anyway. and of course there is a lot of writing in econs and whatever u write should make sense.
then in the local uni ntu and nus, many more courses require physics compared to bio. recently, even pharmancy course in nus allow physics students to enrol. i think u can check them up in the indicative grade profiles webpage of both uni and you can also google out the h1 or h2 physics and bio syllabus to help u in ur decision
