I really that NK is not a military threat to Asia because they owe nuclear weapons. c'mon, they are poor, weak and perhaps only had a few nuclear weapons to their name. fatty kim is totally different from hitler/stalin. I don't know I would give a f--k about NK military testing- it's just a display of power to deter military interference. it's the same everywhere in the world. when you're in conflict, show all your weapons to scared the opposing country.
