Learn to handle those emotions whenever it come back to you. Utmost important to also learn how to deal with such situations and evil people when it happen again. Meanwhile, go read books and articles on emotional healing.
I am also no better than you. Recently, the ugly bitchy gangster struck again. She spit saliva on me. I have dealt with her. You know, gangsters love to create troubles even if you have nothing to do with them and stay away from them.
As for relationship it is hardest to deal with. We either will not overcome or takes a long long time to deal with it if the hurt is too much or too deep.
Take good care, this world is full of people who will not hesitate to be unkind to people whom they deem as poor or weak. There are good people, they are few.

Demand bully to show IC and take down IC No and address and tell arxehole you will sue him her for defamation or if it is convenient take hisher photo and threaen to send to STOMP and other websites for defamation. Or use verbal warning if all else not feasible. Tell arxehole you can always seek help from mrt to trace hisher info from mrt camera capture his her face to deal with it.

Generally, singaporeans are not getting kinder. I have met too many nasty ones. We have to stand firm against any bully if we don't others also cannot help us. I went to police. Since then she stops her nuisance. She has record of lock up in girls' home. Since young she is already a gangster. She use knife to break her house glass window.

Yes. I always move to empty slots to wait for train. There was once I was also bullied by a bloody ugly weird dressing up nerdy bitch. Too crowded I was not able to move. She knew yet bullied me verbally. I told her off. Then got in to train she sat at the needy seat I told her off. She was very furious and kept using abusive style to defend herself . I hate such evil ugly souls. They just cannot live without bullying innocent ones.

I got tempted and look those bloody people who bullied me previously. I am terribly upset that they are not dead, sh-t these people.
