You know, the PAP is having double standards when dealing with minors. They did not splash the 17-years-old prostitute name and age in the newspaper, but choose to reveal the name of the five 17-years-old vandals on the news. FREAKING double standards.
They've made me lose trust in them managing the justice system.
Minors are minors, no matter what they did.
