Getting too common in Sg these days,I really suggest character development to be a graded subject.If there were to continue putting CD lessons,it will become pointless.No one is really taking CD seriously and their lack of emphathetic skills takes them all the way till they grow up,without realising their problems.

  I would say I worked & invested pretty hard the last decade, without parents donation in my mid 30s and i managed to accumulate 1m++

  Can still sack you. Just say company not doing well, can't afford to pay retrenchment benefits too, which btw are typically out of goodwill and not by law.
