I think i forgot to write the question number on my o level chinese essay, if not, it's that i've written the question number wrongly.
The question i've written down is CLEARLY "Bao Zhang Bao Dao" because i've written the four words in the beginning of the essay.
How will i get penalised? Will I get a straight zero?
I'm losing sleep over this.
Don't worry so much, I've heard the worst that can happen is minus 5 marks. But don't think examiners will penalize anyways. Unless you're terribly unlucky.

They will not penalize you for not writing question number. Marks can only be deducted when you write wrong words or write out of topic.
Is that so? When I took my prelims that's what my teachers n schoolmates told me.

Based on the examiner's report this is what was written... And It doesn't make sense to deduct somebody's marks just because of not writing qn number? Not doing that doesn't lower down your Chinese standard right?
Yes true, thanks for that. My teachers were probably just trying to scare us
