H2O2 is reduced to H2O, with the OS of its O atoms reduced from -1 to -2.
O- species is not even present in the reaction (as either a reactant or a product), and is therefore irrelevant.

If the answer key says O-, then obviously it's wrong. The answer should be H2O2.
