Hi, other than ITE, are there any other place where I can study Secondary 3 N(A) English Course? I have studied Secondary 3 N(A) English at ITE but I failed. I want to study again and I do not wish to pay the full fee $600 plus. Is there other place where I can study this subject and get graded for examination?
