I have been researching about my university course for about 6 months after i got my A level results but i am still not sure if i should stick to my university course. Can i have some advice ? thanks
Well i got into NTU Biochemcial and chemcial science and i kind of have some doubts about this course.
1) How is this different from Chemcial engineering?
2) What other jobs can i get other than chemist and teacher?
3) Is it true that for this course, i cant get a job unless i go for further studies after i get my university degree?
Since i didnt do very well for A levels. gp:B , H2:BBD ,H1:A . I cant enter many of the better courses.
Currently i am thinking if choosing environmental engineering is a better choice .However i am not sure what awaits me for that course as well.
Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you.
Either choice, your future is good. But if I am u, I'd stick with your curent course.
There are opportunities other than just academic/ research positions.

Biotech is big business globally. Some of these jobs require biotech AND chem knowledge.
Of course being a phd has its advantages but it doesn't guarantee you a top management position. It still boils down to the company you work for, your business know how and a lot of luck.
