What is Gce A level chemistry focused on?
Inorganic,organic or physical?
Based on seab website,I found it to be:The proportion of marks allocated to Physical, Inorganic and Organic Chemistry in Papers 1, 2 and 3 will be in the approximate ratio 5:2:5.
That's correct. Why do you ask? Are you a private student or a private tutor? (knowing this may allow us to help you with your queries better).
Edit :
IIRC, you're a JC1 student this coming year? Or going to JC2 in 2014?
J2 cum next year, just wanting to know what are the most important areas to focus on for exams. From my friends-seniors,inorganic involves much memo, organic involves understanding of reaction processes and a little memo, while physical is the least memo and a lot of application. My physical is the strongest,so I am devoting time for organic (arenes-carbonyl)as far as I have been taught in 1st year.

Yes, that's very accurate and nicely summed up. Looks like you know your stuff. So no worries.
Obviously you wanna score an A grade. So all 3 parts of the H2 syllabus must be more than adequate (just adequate = B grade). So in that sense, you cannot just focus on any 1 part, but must cheong all 3 parts.
FYI, for Organic Chem (OC), if you really want to be more than adequate, you wouldn't want to solely rely on just your school notes (Clarification : it's not that it's impossible to score an A grade if you just rely on your school notes alone, it's still possible, just more risky).
For that purpose, I suggest you obtain for yourself at least several (if possible) of the OC books I recommend below (you can also consider the PC and IC titles, all of them recommended materials) :

I bought the complete guide for Chem revision:generally more content than average school notes~
for Mcq:I bought 1000 Mcq practices to train my time management,I missed the A mark for promos because of time management for mcq solely.
structured:my school keeps providing me structured practices during holidays. At school periods,I will probably be moving ahead with the tutorials of the new chapters.
better to have a strong foundation for J1 and move on to J2 with less stress.
aiming for 85% physical chem,80% inorganic and 75% organic if possible~~
