Hello Can anyone do me a huge favour by posting your H2 Biology Mcq suggested answers? My Biology is really bad and the paper yesterday was kinda hard.
Not my subject, of course.
But just to make a suggestion, if no one comes in soon to post their answers, you may like to try this : post your own answers, and ask if anyone have differing answers to discuss/debate those questions.
Better yet, scan and upload your question paper and post the images here, and your chances that some elders (ie. post-A levels pple, eg. private tutors, current undergrads or post grads in this subject) might reply you with their own suggested answers or comments, will be greatly increased.
I worked out these solutions in about an hour, so I cannot guarantee the exact validity and accuracy of these answers. These answers, therefore, are subjected to debate and contention; much appreciation if you could explain your answer, should your answer differ from mine. Thank you :)

Just to clarify the very popular query concerning the goal and implication of HGP, it is to determine the base pair sequence AND NOT the nucleotide sequence. P.S I am a private tutor giving H2 biology tuition ;)

Hi! just some clarifications
for qn 3, shldnt it be B cos according to the pic thrs only 1 polypeptide chain=tertiary strucutre and the qn asks for EACH OF THE SEVEN COILED REGIoNS. since the entire 7 coiled regions represents tertiary, shouldnt EACH of the 7 represent secondary?
for qn 16, shldnt it be D cos the question asks for FUNCTIONS. 1 and 4 are jus descriptions of telomeres while 2 and 5 denotes the functions specifically.
for qn 17, shldnt it be B? its possible for the spliceosome to cut between inton P and Q and it is also supported by this: http://www.intechopen.com/source/html/39205/media/image1.jpeg.
for qn 19 shouldnt it be B cos stage 3-4 thr were no change in number of mutated cells jus that one turned darker which denotes a mutation and in stage 4-5, more mutated cells were present which denotes proliferation and in stage 5-6, number of mutated cells remained the same but their shape changed which denotes a mutation?
