Usually they will have about 6 months paternity leave and their colleague will have to 'bao shan bao hai' for them since they are not around. And their bonus might be affected as well.

Somemore, she / he wants more unheard of challenges, not simple ones like getting fired, forced to resign etc leh.
Maybe he / she thinks the boss will ask the pregnant workers to do somersault, high jump in the work place leh

Maybe I should be more 'direct' if you want. The colleagues who do everything for her will get promoted and get up on the corporate ladder and even become her supervisor while the pregnant workers went back working in the same league just like the fresh graduate. You think when I said the colleague will 'bao shan bao hai' for her mean they will doing it willing for pregnant workers in their 6 months of absence which they feel it is non of their business? Of course with benefit involved.

M the name, I agree with what you said about the challenges faced by the pregnant workers faced in the work place BUT I don't think that TS is a pregnant worker and TS is just asking the question for fun. So, I give TS a fun reply too.
That is why I asked you to look at the TS userid and his /her question in the previous post.
