Any advice for private schools? Help :(

  I just finished sec 3 but I didn't do 'well' for my subs so i didn't got promoted to sec 4 express. I passed all my subs for SA2 but my SA1 marks ( i only got 30%) pulled me down to fail. My parents want me to go for O lvl next year no matter what.I called up a few private schools and finally found some decent schools. Amity business school. The school hours are from 8-4.30 pm and the schools aint over 10k so my parent doesnt have a problem paying for it.But I am afraid i wont be able to transfer from government to private school. Has anyone done a transfer from gov sku to private before? Please help me, i am really in a difficult position . Btw i am only on PR,not Singaporean citizen =(

  Call up that school and ask the enrollment counselors.

  U r 19? Ask if u can study now & retake exam? Don't go private as it's not well recognised, secondary's easy to ace if u r hardworking. GL! :)

  I think you should complete your GCE 'O' level first because at least you can hop to a better government polytechnics or private school like UniSIM to continue pursue your studies.
