Hi. I'm in sec 3 and i take hcl. My chinese o level is a month time but my chinese still suck. I know larh, ppls say i trying act but im completely honest here horh. Somebody pls help me larh. I need some tips for both paper 1 and 2.

Language needs a strong foundation.
One way go tuition, second is ask ur teachers to guide u. Hope u understood what I meant. 其实，å�Žæ–‡æ˜¯å¾ˆå®¹æ˜“çš„ã€‚ä½ å�ªè¦�è¡¥ä¹ å°±è¡Œäº†ã€‚but still depends whether u understand, if don't know, ask ur teachers. It doesn't matter if ur tuition classmates mock u or whatsoever, the important thing is, u hv to learn what was taught. One important reminder, also concentrate in ur other subjects too.
