  The fastest way is to buy from schools. Commercial releases will only be in around Feb 2014.

  Which subject do you need? :) I am selling some prelim papers (mostly for Chemistry) because I just finished my A level this year, so I am clearing all the notes

  Likely to be a re-seller.

  Many JC students have access to the website where all the JCs prelim papers with solutions are posted.

  Some former JC students sell these JC prelim papers with solutions online too.
