AMaths : Reduced content on Plane Geometry

  From the year 2014, the content on plane geometry will be reduced.

  Intercept theorem, intersecting chord theorem and secant-tangent theorem will no longer be tested.

  Teachers will not be able to set tricky questions on these theorems anymore.

  Many Additional Mathematics students will no longer have to give the "8 to 10 marks" back to the teachers anymore.

  The most likely reason is that many add maths students do not know how to answer the plane geometry question. A sizable number of the students leave their answers blank for this question.
