O level revision?

Hi im taking my o levels this year and i have some questions ...
I have been studying consistently throughout the year but i haven't really done any intense revision , is too late for me to start now ? When do you normally start revision?
Also, i am hoping to get around L1R5 13 , is it still possible ?
Any other revision tips ? (Especially for chemistry and physics)

For your subjects,i suggest that you work hard for all of them,except maybe you may want to forgo one that you are weaker in.L1R5 scoring system(applies to Junior colleges only)
L1 english(B3/B4)
Relevant 5 1st humanities(B3/B4)
2nd mathematics/science(A2)
3rd humanities/mathematics science(A2)>>A.maths?
4th any O level subject(A2)>>relevant science or pure humanities.
5th any O level subject(B3)
I believe that you know the grading of A1,A2,B3,B4.(so that i do not have to go into further details)
Give yourself some time(1.5 month till promo)>>>(2 weeks focus on each subject/or you can revise dual subjects such as chem/phy--math/phy to speed up the process)
you can do your homework or read ahead of class topics,collect questions to ask teachers so you will have an advantage in terms of time.
Better to combine studying Maths/Phy as both are calculation-based.
Take a break every 45minutes(IMPORTANT)
Understand the situation before memorising(blank memorising gets you nowhere)
Chem(understand more,less practice)>start slow:(1.redo past practices/worksheets OR focus on TYS >>Exam papers if you have the confidence to do so.) Understanding>clarify your teacher if you face difficulties in understanding concepts.
Phy(understand less,more practice)>start slow:(1.redo past practices/worksheets OR focus on TYS >>Exam papers if you have the confidence to do so.) Understanding>clarify your teacher if you face difficulties in understanding concepts.
