  not really. blessed weapon is useful as it heals hp every turns. it is important to have it if you want to slay bandits cos each rewards is 5000 golds n 3 gems.

  So far, I know that blessed armour can deflect damage back to the opponent.

  can it heal some hp as well? i seldom use as i i feel not very useful.
