  dont know what to exchange 1st when i reach some amount ?
  
  hat? tattoo? creature? jewel?

  the risky things to do is to use GEMs to exchange Forgetfulness. it will change your special abilities if you do not use it correctly, like losing those max ability. but if does properly, you become a combine magic user.
