Microsoft has introduced "APOC End User Fulfillment Program" for RMA and I find no statements in any website by MS and I assumed that Support [Tel: 800 8523543 (toll-free)] has made wild allegation.
The MS Support swear that the APOC is after they have accepted your hardware Invoice/Bill and RMA, then they had delivered to you the new replacement. Then they tell you later the "APOC End User Fulfillment Program". Then you are instructed to go to return all your spoil hardware and new hardware! You don't get on-the-spot exchange. You have to go away and wait (don't know how long) for the reply and may not get it returned or you may have to re-submit a new second RMA. Next they were not deivered to you free but you must go and collect the new second RMA from where you have returned.
