4.3 Inches and below smartphone

  I am currently serving NS and I have the chance to get a new phone via recontracting.

  My current phone is an iphone 3gs and I want to sell it and buy a new phone.

  However, the new phone needs to be below 4.3 inches and looking at the recent android phones, they all have screen sizes way above it.

  Can I have some suggestions on what phone to get?

  Sony Xperia V.

  Exactly 4.3 inches, shock and water resistance. Jelly Bean 4.1.

  Currently I have some choices to pick on

  My criteria for the perfect phone is

  Android/Windows 8

  720p

  at least 32GB space

  4.3 Inches

   

  It would be good to have a good battery life and hardware aswell.

  Money is not an issue so high-end is better.
