SEND CUSTOMISED EMAILS WITH ATTACHMENTS USING MS OUTLOOK

My job requires to send customised emails to customers and each customised email MUST be attached with a customised attachment.Currently, I manually typed in the addresses and data + attachment 1 by 1 which is extremely time consuming.

Any one good with Microsoft outlook email can advise step by step pls ?
