  the play/pause button is missing on the videos. is there a way to 'on' it? cant find it anywhere.

  no, just like youtube but not as good.

  Rollover and the progress meter appears, and after  loading a while the pause bars and play arrow appears.

  it doesnt appear. thats the problem. it works ok on firefox. but firefox always crash because of plugins.

  This screen shot of Dailymotion video show the pause. Just mouse over, it will appear for a while and then dissappear. Browser Google Chrome.

  I using dailymotion to watch a TVB drama, works for me, in both FF and IE.

  I think no way for that except clicking on the x button to close it once it starts.
