I'm currently on Singtel optic fibre internet at home. My laptop can't access the website safra.sg as it gives me this error
No data received

I'm using Chome and I've also tried IE and Firefox, same problem.
My phone when connected to my home wifi net also cannot access the website. However once I off my phone's wifi and connect to the internet using it's own data plan, I can access that website at ease already. Any solutions to this? I have tried deleting cookies etc.
