Computer hangs.

  Hey everyone! I'm back, again!

  Apparantly, my dell inspirion 620 has hung on me, i should really throw it away huh?

  Anyway, here the problem.

  I was playing diablo 3 and the screen would freeze, mouse still able to move and audio continues to play normally, then the mouse freezes and audio stops and i would have to force shutdown by holding the power button.

  And i could be just surfing the web and listening to music while the same problem occured.

  But twice i played diablo 3, twice the problem occured, i'm not sure if it's my graphic card but i just upgraded it last month or so, which a thread was started on which card to buy.

  So, i would appreciate it if anyone could help me through this.

  Seems that you are lacking in Ram? :D IT noob here < haha

  Not possible, i have 4GB of ram

  And earlier on, it froze again.

  And i was refreshing my windows experience index, i believe it was running some graphical intensive stuff. will try again and report back.

  Alright, just ran the windows exp index thing again! 

  And yes! It froze, firstly was the display froze, but mouse continued to function fine, after a min, mouse froze too and i forced shutdown.

  I think it's most likely to be the cause of your driver, try update it? or Google to search for your problems.

  how do u hang yr computer?

  with a rope?

  Have you tried booting into Safe Mode? Does the problem persist in Safe Mode?
