Help Can't load youtube website

  As per topic,i can't access youtube webpage,it just keep loading and hang,others works normal

  I'm using win 7 Home premium, Browser IE, flashplayer version 11,Ram 1Gb

  I already re-format my computer but the problem still continue,much help is appreciated

  Does the problem persist if you use Google Chrome or Firefox, instead of IE?
