i know its kinda random here, but could anyone point me to a software that makes gif format file? i'm not referring to those gif files that make slides kind of gif, i was hoping to find a software that can have a rotating image over a still pic, anyone? thanks in advance
or do they term it as floating image over a still pic? please anyone?
