Due to somet financial constraints, I had left my Starhub Cable TV bills unpaid and it's long overdue for close to 3 months now.
What I understand is that Starhub will send a reminder letter next to inform me to pay the bill within a week otherwise signal will be cut off and I will have to pay Starhub a reactivation fee on top of the money I owed them. What will happen next if I still everything unpaid and anyone want knows how much is the reactivation fee? By the way, my contract with Starhub had long expired.
I know it may be foolish for asking such questions as I am really financially stretched at the moment and having troubles paying off extra bills like that!
They can't do much besides keep sending you letters and cutting off your bill. Sorry about your situation but as long as the amount is minor, there's not much they will do. I believe they also understand that if the customer can't afford to pay $1k+ of bills, then it seriously mean they are financially stucked and it makes no sense to pursue and waste their resources.
Once you have the means, then make payments asap.
