Hi. I had just joined an -removed- and there is an error which even the operator cannot help me. I am hoping someone here can give me some technical advice.
The -removed- is call "-removed-". It does not require any downloads, instead it uses flash and java platforms to open a window showing the live dealer handling the cards. When I try to open this window, there is a very long error message with some mentioning of security...bubbles...stuffs. (I will post them here later when I get home)
The thing is, when I tried to use my IPad2 to play, it works perfectly fine on ISwifter (app browser that can display flash programs). This makes me think that my Acer PC has some security softwares that prevent the pop up window from loading properly.
I had tried to deleted temporary files and cookies, turn off router and pc. Restart but to no avail. I am wondering if this has to do with ActiveX controls? or Smart Screen Filter? or my Trend Micro Platinium Internet Security 2012 settings? Or firewall? I had also included "-removed-" in the Trusted Sites. No use.
Are there anyone with good IT knowledge who can give me some advice?
This forum does not condone the acts of gambling - links and references to that particular harmful site are removed.
Anyway.
Try another browser and or disable your anti virus.
My advice is to uninstall the program and stop gambling!!! dun ruin your life by gambling it away!!!
