Starhub or M1 fiibre for torrents ???

I am about to sign up for a new fibre plan with either starhub or M1.... But i need to take into consideration whether these 2 ISPs will throttle their torrents until become very very slow... Help would be appreciated thanks

I'm using M1 Fibre, which program are u using for torrents? Maybe I can help u out.
