I am looking for a cpu heatsink for a new build pc.
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus or Noctua NH-U12P SE2, for example.
I live in Jakarta and these are not available here. But in Singapore, where would I find these?
Does Sim Lim Square have stores that might stock high end overclockers components such as these? Any specific store or online recommendations?
Thanks in advance!
Robert

You live in Jakarta?
Why are you here since they are not available here?
hey rpmc, for your special needs, I believe Sim Lim Square might have one or two shops carries the stuffs that you need. I'm not gonna name any shops here.
Btw, nice hobby there We have a forumer who has similar hobby, when he's online, I'll forward your threads to him.
I believe Sim Lim Tower have what you want. If you are a hobbyist, go there and browse around, quite interesting rather than go straight to the shop to buy.
do some homework 1st before buying from SLS as some shops there are waiting to pounce on unsuspecting prey
carrots
sim lim square..the cooler master brand isn't bad. depends on your budget
Gadgets and Appliances => Sim Lim Square
Electronic Components => Sim Lim Tower
Honestly, buy one online and have it delivered. Prices at SLS are poor and negotiation is rare, I've had an indian let me walk away from a sale without haggling except there.

You need to know how to nego at there. Prices at SLS are not all bad, you need to compare before you buy. Of course there was once which i found a wireless usb adapter cheaper at challenger compared to sls.
double post.

And what's the tip to nego there? I always nego in China, HK, Korea and India but what so diff about SLS that they dont want too?
The prices are expensive by global standards, especially considering business tax and GST is low here and there is no consumer protection acts set out by the government to protect the consumer from dodgy products.
The tip is my secret xD. It won't be effective if everyone uses it.
But do always remember to compare prices around before you buy.
