How to fully disable Windows 7 bandwidth throttling?

  Hi all,

    I need help regarding Windows7 bandwidth throttling. I am currently on a 100mbps fibre line, but as you can see below, my bandwidth is nowhere near 100mbps. Before you go on to say that bandwidth tests are not accurate, i have to let you know that other PCs managed to get like 90+mbps.

    I have confirmed that it is due to Windows7 bandwidth throttling (ethernet cables are new and re-installing Windows temporarily solves the problem). I have already pre-tried methods but to no avail.(NetworkThrottlingIndex=ffffffff,DisableBandwidthThrottling=1,disabled the Multimedia Class Scheduler service)

  Update: I did troubleshooting and found out that it was actually caused MzVistaForce, i'm getting 90> mbps now.
