Hey i really need help urgently, last saturday I withdrawn S$40 + $1 charge to my POSB and according to Paypal, it will take 3-5 working days. Just now as i was opening my hotmail, i saw an email from paypal saying:

It is true that i really have to add credit card? Or it is just an advertisment or a scam? I dont want my $40 to be GONE just like that just because i didnt add a credit card
spam. if in doubt, contact paypal. dun reveal anything.

see this type of funny mails, don;t reply. coz once you reply later you will get lots of funny mails in your inbox.
aslo for anytransaction use a seaprate computer that you seld use to surf internet or go online 1. if youuse a computer surf net alwawys go online, nomatter how updated you are on the security or what powerdeful anti-hack software you have, your computer is wlawys very dirty inside with lots of spyware.
use a separet computer for any transactions you do - gaurantee no problem.
Do you see a green tick before the word paypal in your Hotmail?
if no tick = unsafe. somemore paypal wouldn't use <ADV>.
