Repair for CPU

Anyone know of a good place which I can send my cpu for checking and repair if there is any issue. I know Sim Lim but which shop ? My friend previously send to one shop and they told him a lot parts is spoilt and etc. Then he brought to other shop and change about 3 items only and its ok till now.

a cpu is the BGA iC, last time is pin type. cpu tsand for central processing unit, the ball grid array IC at the board centre. so if that one spoli you have to send in to manufacturer.
if its the whole assembly in the computer case, no need go sim lim. just printscreen the error mesaage or computer problem, or use a camrea to the the picture of the error message or computer problem, or simply describe it here i am sure many will come in to help, whether experts, kayphon, or jokers, all will poll in their ideas.
its just so simple, hope is here, help may also be here. unlike some expert manuacturer, basic things like failure on components and what to requets for FA screenshot of error message and which stage the thing failed, how they diagnossis to be the suspected hardware issue also cannot provid etthis infor. if i am the boss i rather hire the people here to my company work, rather that those foreign cheap bianjuiak pppl. but cum think of it, smart ppl like us, who want to work in this type of environment

Sometimes after I on and load to windows screen, everything just freeze. At times it will only hang after a few mins I try reset and sometimes its ok after i choose run windows normally, but sometimes it juz cannot even boot up after i reset. I will need to wait a certain period of time before i on my cpu, sometimes it will be ok sometimes id does not ...
