For HP users: How come i have a f: called HP TOOLS

as mention above. it is like all of a sudden it appear + i didnt plug in any devices except for the laptop fan. here it is:
Does anyone know how to solved this? I even try to plug in my thumbdrive & it didnt read it :(

I also have something like that from HP before.
HP's standard has dropped a lot, if possible use other brands. I have their printers. The first one spoilt, I bought another model for replacement, spoilt. Funny messages kept popping up on the screen and cannot be gotten rid off.
Finally, I gave up on HP.

Call their service staff and ask for help.

Just leave it alone.
It's a partition from HP.
