"firefox tabs on top" problem

Hi all! On my laptop running bootcamp Windows 7 enterprise 32-bit, I have installed firefox6. On firefox, I have enabled "tabs on top" so i should expect to have only one row of stuff like in the picture. But no, this didnt happen. So anyone know what i should do? thanks!
Update: Solved, i havent been using firefox for quite a long time.

Right click in the tab bar.
