Hello guys, need some clarifications regarding internet data usage. I switch on my computer about 5-6 hours a day replying emails, watching YouTube, news, etc...
EXAMPLE:
If my monthly data usage for the internet is 5GB, is it errr... barely, just nice, too much or overkill?
Let's say I downloaded a file that is 300MB, does that mean 5GB - 300MB = 4.7GB left?
How do I know if 5GB is enough?
Thanks in advance.
Why don't you measure your present data usage? Use an app from the pages below.

Yes 5Gb-300MB=4.7GB
depends on your activities.
if you are just a casual web browser who don't play online games, and did not download aggressively, 5gb is more than enough.
if you spend your whole day checking email, chatting, surf net, with the occasional youtube, it should barely hit 1gb.
downloading would be a different matter.
Just a gentle reminder, b = bits; B = bytes.
Bio-Hawk stated as 5G'b' - 300MB = 4.7G'B'
deathmaster, ts mentioned 5GB.
