Is that a CPU?

No, this is not a 'point of view'.
This is 6 year old hardware, and it's running the game just fine.
Even the lowest end Sandy Bridge CPU, aka the i3 2100 paired with a HD5770 will squash this Pentium D based PC flat.

So do you mean Micron firmware/ Marvell controller is lousier compared to Intel firmware and controller?
Currently there is a firmware issue afftecing crucial M4 SSD, it is a fact that intel SSD are more stable.

I'm not sure about the point of view, but a i3 2100 enough for most people. While a 5750 will handle most medium graphics games.

but not C300 right? It is not a fact that Intel SSD are more stable, the world is so big and not everyone can be surveyed, so how can you ensure that the source of that info is reliable? Although it does seem that crucial always has firmware issues, but as long as there is no problem and you dont go update the firmware, then crucial ssd would be fine.
My source is from lots of reputable site and most if not all experts agreed that Intel SSD is stable.
You have to do some homework before you reply.

From what I see, stability of NAND flash is the same, at least between micron and intel. while the controller does not make much of a difference. I only see intel's firmware as being better. So for those with final firmware like the C300 is very stable too.
I have learnt about reliability before so I had thought of it before I replied. After all, those infos are just an argument. Though it is a good argument, because I used intel SSD before and I know its good, but that does not make it a fact that it is good. To make it a fact, you basically have to survey almost everyone in the world.
You should not let your opinion get in the way.
Yourshare can you list the prices? >< and note which component is which ><

Sandy Bridge is already very fast, no need to overclock (you mentioned 3.8GHz which overclock the 4 turbo bins) and if not in need of high processing power, a i3 2100 will do. Or a i5 2310 if quad core is preferred for multi-threading.
I wanna get newer components

It isn't necessary.

EDIT: That system in pictures doesn't even look like his build to begin with.

Add in a CoolerMaster V8 +$85
would get cheapest:cpu chip from AMD at 1.5Ghz -1.8Ghz range cuz theres not really needed for high speed games other than ps3.mother board the cheapest that meant for that exact chip will do....make sure it plays the best games.and dedicated video card to play the best game u want.so so ram chips cheapest will do for best games.hdd and casing n all the others are not needed.im sure even with todays high cost it would probably be max of $300 maybe u could reduce it to $250 if u get the chespest system to play the game u need...in which case u might as well go n get a playstation.
What is this, I don't even...
mmm?
Asus and Sapphire which is better? :O
