New laptop keep hanging after installing WC3

  I've just bought my laptop during last week's PC show. After playing around for a week, it's still perfectly fine. This morning when I installed my WC3 and started playing halfway, suddenly the screen hang and all I can do is to hold the power button and do a hard reset. After that while I was doing my normal surfing, the screen hang again and it keep hanging until I have to resort to uninstall WC3 from my laptop. The problem still continued after that. Whenever I on the laptop after every hang, this error message appears: AsusWSService.exe has stoppped working. Any solutions and how do I get my computer to install the WC3 and play? What might have caused the problem? Specs of my laptop: Asus Intel Core I7-2630QM, 2GHz Processor 8GB Ram Nvidia Geforce GT 540M Cuda 2GB graphic card Windows 7 Premium OS

  I don't have asus laptop/desktop. But AsusWSService.exe refers to Asus Web Storage which i don't think will affect anything. But why not you try stop the process after start-up and see if any problem occurs.

  Uninstall that WebStorage crap if you don't need it.

  I've uninstall it but the problem still persist. After that I did a system restore and when I boot up my laptop, two pop up boxes came First box: ACMON Error Failed to prepare Critical file! Chameleon Engine out of service! Second box: AsusWSService.exe has stoppped working.

  Here's a short clip of my laptop hanging.. Restored and unistalled 2 programs that caused both the error message show in the above message but the problem still persist. I got my laptop for less than a week only. Help please. http://www.twitvid.com/B3H95

  I suspect that the OS is corrupted. You might want to try a full new OS installation to see if the problem persist.

  All laptops have one year warranty, so since yours is new, why don't you go repair it?

  How do I do a full OS installation with an Asus laptop? I tried reformatting my laptop using the 'Holding F9 method while rebooting'. After reformatting, the problem still persist. The hang still happen like how it is like in the video I posted, the screen just stuck there with the screen keep blinking. I'm currently overseas till July before I come back in Singapore. I was hoping I can look for some online help.

  Wah, your laptop has specs that is more than double that of my alienware. I hope you didn't pay $3500 for that asus.
