I don't have asus laptop/desktop. But AsusWSService.exe refers to Asus Web Storage which i don't think will affect anything. But why not you try stop the process after start-up and see if any problem occurs.
Uninstall that WebStorage crap if you don't need it.

I suspect that the OS is corrupted. You might want to try a full new OS installation to see if the problem persist.
All laptops have one year warranty, so since yours is new, why don't you go repair it?
Wah, your laptop has specs that is more than double that of my alienware. I hope you didn't pay $3500 for that asus.
