ok so heres the thing. i have a free hosting account on realservers.info and whenever i click a particular web page, i get the message "the connection was reset" message (i use firefox). i looked it up on google but everytime someone asks the same qs, the problem lies with their own connection. im 99.9% sure that its not my connection that has the problem because:
1. i have no other problems with other websites
2. i used to have another account from another freehosting website (x10hosting) and i had no problems whatsoever
so now im asking what i can do to solve this problem.
my free hosting plan is shown below and if theres anything else i need to provide please do tell. thanks!

Why don't you try with other browsers (IE/Chrome) and see if the problem persists?
TS, obviously the service provider is trying to con you! if quality is so important, change the service provider.

Connection was reset is usually due to timeouts.
Either it is a firewall/proxy issue, or the ISP is unable to reach destination. Why not you provide the URL for testing purposes?
