403 Forbidden

  The following error occurred: Access denied by access control list.

  Could not open error file
  
  I tried googling for help on this one, which led me to the site below

  So i must contact singtel about it? the sites that i got 403 are all from .blogspot.com

  additional info, i tried deleting cookies, cache and all. doesnt help though ):

  Able to get a screen capture?

  Anyway, have your checked your folder/file access rights? You may have explicitedly denied yourself from saving any temp files.

  Also, what browser are you using?

  weird, when i try again today, everything was alright already.
  Was using mozilla firefox lor.
  
  I don remember configuring anything else, as i use my laptop for playing dota, and webbrowsing only.
